Responsibilities
- Lead quantum algorithm development for cryptography optimization and molecular simulation

- Mentor PhD researchers in quantum information theory

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of quantum computing research experience with publications
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, or quantum circuit optimization frameworks

- Familiarity with quantum error correction codes (surface/colour codes)
- Experience leading cross-disciplinary technical teams
