Responsibilities

- Secure $5M+ in federal grants and private partnerships
- Publish findings in top-tier journals and present at global tech conferences
- Mentor PhD researchers and build university collaborations
- Ensure compliance with quantum security protocols and ethical standards
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of hands-on quantum computing research experience
- Published papers in Nature/Science or equivalent peer-reviewed journals
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant systems
- Proven track record of securing research funding
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, etc.)
