Responsibilities
- Lead quantum algorithm development for cryptography optimization and machine learning acceleration
- Design scalable quantum hardware architectures compatible with existing cloud infrastructure

- Secure $2M+ in annual research grants from government and private partners
- Publish breakthrough research in Nature/Science journals
- Develop quantum security protocols for 2026-era financial systems
- Mentor PhD candidates in quantum information science
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of hands-on quantum computing experience with IBM/Google platforms
- Published research in quantum error correction or fault tolerance
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, and quantum circuit optimization
- Track record of securing federal research grants (NSF/DOE)
- Expertise in quantum machine learning applications
- Strong background in cryogenic engineering and superconducting qubits
