Responsibilities

- Secure and manage $5M+ research grants from NSF, DARPA, and private investors
- Develop error correction protocols for fault-tolerant quantum systems
- Translate theoretical quantum computing models into practical industry solutions
- Author peer-reviewed publications and patent novel quantum methodologies
- Represent company at international quantum computing conferences and summits
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science with 8+ years research experience
- Published author in Nature/Science journals on quantum systems
- Proven track record securing $3M+ in research funding
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant architectures
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Experience leading multi-disciplinary research teams of 10+ scientists
