Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for optimization and cryptography challenges
- Lead a team of 10+ researchers in quantum hardware-software integration
- Collaborate with MIT and Caltech on quantum error correction protocols
- Drive commercialization of quantum solutions in finance and healthcare
- Develop patentable quantum-resistant encryption methodologies
- Present findings at IEEE Quantum Computing Summit and similar forums
- Secure partnerships with AWS Braket and IBM Quantum Network
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years experience with quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum entanglement or topology
- Expertise in quantum machine learning and variational algorithms
- Proven track record securing $5M+ in government/industry grants
- Deep knowledge of quantum error mitigation techniques
- Experience mentoring postdoctoral researchers in quantum systems
