Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for optimization and simulation problems

- Collaborate with hardware engineers to improve quantum processor stability

Qualifications
- PhD in Physics, Computer Science, or related field with quantum computing specialization
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with quantum circuit design and simulation
- Expertise in quantum error correction codes and fault-tolerant architectures
- Proficiency in Python/C++ with quantum computing frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Publication record in Nature/Science or equivalent quantum computing journals
- Experience with cryogenic quantum processor systems or photonics
