Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for optimization and machine learning applications
- Conduct advanced research on quantum error correction and fault-tolerant architectures
- Collaborate with hardware engineers to prototype quantum computing systems
- Publish findings in leading scientific journals and present at international conferences
- Develop quantum software frameworks for commercial and academic applications
- Mentor junior researchers and lead cross-functional project teams
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Publication record in quantum information science or high-performance computing
- Expertise in quantum algorithms and complexity theory
- Familiarity with cryogenic systems and quantum hardware integration
- Strong analytical skills and ability to translate theoretical concepts into practical solutions
- Experience with machine learning frameworks and classical-quantum hybrid systems
