Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for optimization and simulation problems
- Lead cross-functional teams in translating theoretical models into practical quantum applications
- Publish breakthrough research in top-tier journals and present at international conferences
- Develop error correction protocols to advance quantum coherence thresholds
- Collaborate with AI researchers to create hybrid quantum-classical systems
- Secure and manage multi-million dollar research grants from government and private entities

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science with 3+ years postdoctoral experience
- Proven expertise in quantum circuit design and quantum machine learning frameworks

- Proficiency with quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq) and classical HPC environments
