Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for practical applications in finance, logistics, and healthcare
- Lead quantum error correction research to advance fault-tolerant computing systems
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize quantum software performance on emerging quantum processors
- Publish breakthrough research in top-tier journals and present at international quantum conferences
- Mentor junior researchers and drive cross-functional innovation projects
- Secure and manage research partnerships with academic institutions and government agencies
- Contribute to patent development for proprietary quantum computing methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or Mathematics with 5+ years of quantum research experience
- Proven expertise in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#) and quantum circuit design
- Publication record in Nature/Science or equivalent high-impact quantum computing journals
- Deep understanding of quantum decoherence and error correction techniques
