Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for practical applications
- Lead research teams in solving complex optimization problems
- Develop error-correction techniques for quantum systems

- Secure research grants from government and private institutions
- Mentor junior researchers and PhD candidates
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science
- 3+ years of quantum algorithm development experience
- Expertise in quantum circuit design and simulation tools
- Publication record in Nature/Science or equivalent journals
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and quantum programming languages
- Strong background in linear algebra and quantum mechanics
- Experience with quantum hardware platforms (IBM, Rigetti, etc.)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
