Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for optimization and simulation problems
- Lead cross-functional teams to develop quantum-classical hybrid computing frameworks
- Author peer-reviewed research publications and contribute to open-source quantum libraries
- Collaborate with hardware teams to prototype quantum error correction protocols
- Identify commercial applications for quantum computing in finance and logistics
- Mentor junior researchers and present findings at international conferences
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Published research in quantum algorithms or quantum error correction
- Expertise in linear algebra, probability theory, and complexity analysis
- Proficiency in Python and high-performance computing environments
- Experience with quantum hardware calibration and noise modeling
