Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics/Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 3+ years hands-on quantum circuit design (Qiskit/Cirq)
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault tolerance
- Published research in top-tier quantum computing conferences
- Proficiency with Python/C++ and quantum simulators
- Track record of securing government research funding
- Deep understanding of quantum machine learning frameworks
