Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for real-world optimization problems
- Lead experimental validation on D-Wave and IBM quantum processors
- Develop error-correction protocols for fault-tolerant quantum systems
- Collaborate with AI teams to hybridize classical-quantum neural networks
- Publish in Nature Quantum Information and present at IEEE Quantum Week
- Mentor junior researchers in quantum circuit optimization techniques
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, or quantum assembly languages
- Published research in quantum error correction or variational algorithms
- Experience with quantum hardware calibration protocols
- Strong background in linear algebra and quantum information theory
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ quantum algorithm implementations
