Responsibilities

- Optimize quantum error correction techniques for practical commercial deployment
- Secure $5M+ in federal research grants for quantum computing initiatives
- Mentor PhD candidates in quantum information science programs
- Develop patentable quantum computing architectures with 100+ qubit stability
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 3+ years industry experience
- Published research in quantum error correction or topological qubits
- Proficiency in Q#, Qiskit, or quantum circuit simulation frameworks
- Expertise in machine learning techniques applicable to quantum systems
- Experience securing NSF or DoD quantum computing grants
- Deep understanding of quantum decoherence mitigation strategies
- Track record of translating theoretical concepts into scalable prototypes
