Responsibilities

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 3+ years of industry research experience
- Proven expertise in quantum algorithm development (QAOA, VQE, Grover's, etc.)
- Proficiency with quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#) and classical HPC environments
- Strong publication record in quantum computing or adjacent fields
- Deep understanding of quantum hardware architectures (superconducting, trapped ions, photonics)
- Experience with machine learning integration for quantum advantage applications
- Demonstrated ability to translate theoretical concepts into practical implementations
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
