- Secure $5M+ annual R&D funding through NIH/NSF grant proposals
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum error correction or entanglement protocols
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, or equivalent quantum programming frameworks
- Expertise in superconducting qubit manipulation and microwave pulse engineering
- Track record of commercializing quantum technologies (patents preferred)
- Experience with cryogenic systems and dilution refrigerators down to 10mK
