Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for optimization and machine learning applications
- Lead cross-functional R&D projects in collaboration with hardware and software teams

- Publish high-impact research in top-tier journals and conferences
- Secure multi-million dollar research grants from government and industry partners
- Mentor PhD candidates and postdoctoral researchers in quantum methodologies

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Published research in quantum algorithms or quantum error correction
- Expertise in linear algebra, quantum mechanics, and computational complexity
- Proven track record of securing competitive research funding
- Strong proficiency in Python and HPC environments
- Experience with cloud-based quantum computing platforms (IBM Quantum, Amazon Braket)
