Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for cryptography optimization
- Develop error-correction protocols for scalable quantum processors
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping quantum-resistant security systems
- Collaborate with hardware teams to integrate software solutions with quantum processors
- Publish research in peer-reviewed journals and present at IEEE conferences
- Secure $2M+ in government grants for quantum security initiatives
- Mentor PhD candidates in quantum information theory
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science
- 3+ years experience with quantum circuit design using Qiskit or Cirq
- Published research in top-tier quantum computing journals
- Expertise in Shor's algorithm and quantum key distribution protocols
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and low-level quantum assembly languages
- Experience with cloud quantum platforms (IBM Quantum, Braket)
- Strong background in linear algebra and topological quantum field theory
