Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 3+ years industry experience

- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq) and circuit optimization
- Proven track record of translating theoretical concepts into scalable quantum implementations
