Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for optimization and simulation problems
- Lead cross-functional teams to develop fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures
- Publish breakthrough research in top-tier journals and industry whitepapers
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize quantum error correction protocols
- Translate theoretical models into practical quantum computing solutions for enterprise clients
- Mentor junior researchers and drive quantum literacy initiatives
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and fault-tolerant systems
- Publication record in quantum computing or related fields
- Expertise in at least one classical high-performance computing language (Python, C++, Rust)
- Proven ability to lead complex technical projects with cross-functional teams
- Passion for solving problems at the intersection of quantum mechanics and computer science
