Responsibilities
- Design and execute quantum algorithms for breakthrough applications in cryptography, optimization, and material science
- Develop error-correction protocols to stabilize qubit systems at scale
- Collaborate with hardware teams to prototype next-generation quantum processors
- Publish research in top-tier journals and present at international quantum conferences
- Mentor junior researchers and lead cross-functional innovation sprints
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 3+ years of research experience
- Proficiency in quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, or Q#)
- Published work in quantum error correction or fault-tolerant computing
- Deep understanding of quantum entanglement and decoherence challenges
- Experience with superconducting or trapped-ion quantum systems
- Proven track record of translating theoretical concepts into experimental prototypes
