Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for optimization problems
- Lead experiments on superconducting qubit systems (≥100 qubits)
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical machine learning frameworks
- Collaborate with hardware engineers to mitigate decoherence challenges
- Publish breakthrough research in Nature Physics/Science
- Secure $2M+ in DARPA/NSF grant funding annually
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years hands-on experience with quantum circuit design
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, and Q# frameworks
- Publication record in top-tier quantum computing journals
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction techniques
- Experience with cryogenic quantum systems preferred
- Patent portfolio in quantum algorithms (3+ patents)
