Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of hands-on quantum computing research experience
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, or Q#)
- Published research in quantum algorithms or quantum error correction
- Deep understanding of quantum mechanics principles and applications
- Track record of securing research grants or corporate partnerships
