Qualifications
- PhD in Physics, Computer Science, or related field with quantum focus
- 3+ years hands-on experience with quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Published research in quantum computing or quantum information theory
- Expertise in linear algebra, probability, and complex analysis
- Familiarity with quantum hardware constraints (decoherence, gate fidelity)
