Responsibilities
- Design and implement fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures supporting 10,000+ qubit operations
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical integration frameworks for enterprise-scale deployments
- Establish quantum security protocols compliant with NIST Post-Quantum Cryptography standards
- Lead research initiatives in topological qubit stabilization and quantum error correction
- Create performance optimization models for quantum machine learning workloads
- Collaborate with hardware teams on cryogenic control system engineering
- Develop quantum cloud infrastructure APIs for developer ecosystem expansion
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Proven expertise in quantum circuit design and quantum algorithm implementation
- Deep knowledge of quantum error correction codes (surface, color, LDPC codes)
- Experience with quantum computing platforms (IBM Quantum, Rigetti, IonQ)
- Familiarity with quantum machine learning frameworks (PennyLane, Qiskit Aqua)
- Strong background in cryogenic engineering and superconducting qubit systems
- Published research in peer-reviewed quantum computing journals
- Certification in Quantum Security Architecture (QSA) preferred
