Responsibilities
- Design fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures supporting 10,000+ qubit systems
- Develop cryogenic control systems operating at 10mK temperatures
- Implement quantum-classical hybrid computing frameworks
- Lead cross-functional teams in deploying quantum network infrastructure
- Establish security protocols for quantum-encrypted communications
- Optimize quantum error correction algorithms for industrial applications
- Drive R&D initiatives for quantum-resistant cryptography solutions
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in quantum computing infrastructure development
- Expertise in superconducting qubit manipulation and control systems
- Proficiency with cryogenic engineering and quantum hardware integration
- Published research in quantum error correction or fault tolerance
- Experience with quantum programming languages (Q#, Cirq)
- Strong background in high-performance computing architectures
- Security clearance (Top Secret/SCI preferred)
