Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum-classical hybrid architectures for enterprise-scale applications
- Develop error-correction protocols for quantum processors operating at millikelvin temperatures
- Create fault-tolerant middleware connecting quantum systems with classical cloud infrastructure
- Lead quantum algorithm optimization for machine learning and cryptography applications
- Establish quantum network security protocols resistant to decryption by classical systems
- Mentor cross-functional teams on quantum principles and implementation strategies
- Research and prototype novel quantum computing hardware interfaces
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Electrical Engineering with 5+ years industry experience
- Expertise in quantum circuit design and quantum machine learning frameworks
- Proficiency in low-level programming for quantum processors (QASM, Q#)
- Deep understanding of quantum decoherence and error correction techniques
- Proven track record of deploying quantum algorithms in production environments
- Experience with cryogenic quantum hardware systems and control electronics
- Published research in peer-reviewed quantum computing journals
