Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy fault-tolerant quantum computing infrastructure across 5 data centers
- Lead cross-functional teams of physicists, engineers, and security specialists
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical computing frameworks for enterprise clients
- Establish quantum security protocols and compliance frameworks for 2026 deployment
- Drive R&D initiatives in quantum error correction and network optimization
- Mentor junior researchers and publish breakthrough findings in peer-reviewed journals
- Collaborate with government agencies on national quantum security standards
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (MS with 8+ years experience)
- Proven expertise in quantum circuit design and decoherence mitigation
- Experience with cryogenic systems and superconducting qubit manipulation
- Strong background in distributed systems and high-performance computing
- Published research in quantum algorithms or quantum information theory
- Certification in quantum security (e.g., Qiskit Certified Developer)
- Experience securing federal or critical infrastructure projects
- Expertise in Python, C++, and quantum programming languages (Q#, Quipper)
