Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum-classical hybrid ML frameworks for enterprise-scale applications
- Develop proprietary quantum algorithms to solve optimization problems intractable for classical systems
- Lead cross-functional teams in deploying quantum-empowered solutions for finance, logistics, and healthcare
- Architect fault-tolerant quantum neural networks with error correction protocols
- Contribute to open-source quantum ML libraries and publish research in top-tier journals
- Mentor junior engineers on quantum computing principles and advanced ML techniques
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Machine Learning, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years implementing quantum algorithms on hardware platforms like IBM Q or Rigetti
- Expertise in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and quantum SDKs (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Published research in quantum machine learning or quantum information theory
- Experience with cloud quantum computing services (AWS Braket, Azure Quantum)
- Strong background in linear algebra, probability theory, and computational complexity
- Demonstrated ability to translate theoretical concepts into production-ready systems
