Job Description
Join Nexus Labs at the forefront of human-computer interaction for 2026. We're pioneering quantum-entangled UX interfaces that transcend traditional digital experiences. As our Quantum UX Researcher, you'll decode subconscious user behaviors across neural-quantum interfaces to create empathetic, predictive systems that anticipate needs before they arise.
This role demands a blend of neuroscience, quantum computing theory, and radical empathy. You'll work in our Austin innovation lab with a team of Nobel laureates and neuro-architects to redefine how humans interact with emerging technologies.
Responsibilities
- Design and conduct neural-quantum user experiments using entanglement mapping technology
- Develop predictive behavioral models for quantum-adjacent interfaces
- Lead cross-disciplinary research with quantum physicists and cognitive neuroscientists
- Create empathetic UX frameworks for pre-conscious interaction design
- Pioneer new methodologies for quantum-enhanced usability testing
- Present findings to executive stakeholders through immersive data visualization
- Author whitepapers on quantum-human interaction paradigms
Qualifications
- PhD in Cognitive Neuroscience or Quantum Computing (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in UX research with quantum or neural interface projects
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit)
- Published research in IEEE Transactions on Human-Machine Systems
- Experience with fNIRS and EEG data analysis
- Portfolio demonstrating quantum-adjacent UX innovations
- Fluency in emergent technologies (neuralink, quantum AI)
- Expertise in predictive behavioral modeling frameworks
