Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional demeanor to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately, handling cash, credit, and digital transactions with precision.
- Stock shelves, organize inventory, and ensure the sales floor is clean, tidy, and well-presented at all times.
- Monitor product levels and alert management to reorder stock when necessary.
- Assist with store maintenance, including cleaning and organizing the back-of-house area.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently to maintain customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new POS systems quickly.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
