Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service through personalized assistance and product recommendations
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash operations
- Merchandise and maintain visually appealing store displays to drive sales
- Assist with inventory management including stock replenishment and organization
- Support store operations through opening/closing duties and loss prevention
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales goals
- Participate in training to stay updated on products and brand standards
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction processing
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
