Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale (POS) system.
- Stock merchandise, organize shelves, and ensure product displays are visually appealing and well-merchandised.
- Assist with inventory management, including cycle counts and receiving shipments.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized sales floor and fitting rooms.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily and weekly sales targets.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transactions.
