Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding guest service through product knowledge and friendly interactions
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems
- Stock shelves, arrange displays, and maintain organized sales floors
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment
- Support team members to ensure smooth store operations
- Adhere to safety standards and loss prevention protocols
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling
- High school diploma or equivalent required
