Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with finding the products they need.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately and efficiently to process transactions.
- Stock shelves, organize merchandise displays, and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
- Process returns and exchanges courteously while adhering to company policies.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure store goals are met and exceeded.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate stock needs to management.
- Upsell products and services to enhance the customer shopping experience.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (4-8 hours per day).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Basic math skills for handling cash and transactions.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
