Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service through personalized product recommendations and attentive assistance
- Operate POS systems efficiently to process transactions, returns, and exchanges
- Execute visual merchandising standards to maintain an attractive and organized store layout
- Monitor inventory levels and participate in receiving, stocking, and markdown processes
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals
- Uphold brand standards in cleanliness, safety, and loss prevention protocols
- Actively participate in product knowledge training to stay current on merchandise
Qualifications
- Minimum 18 years old with high school diploma or equivalent
- Strong interpersonal skills with a natural ability to connect with diverse customers
- Basic math proficiency for handling cash transactions and inventory counts
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- Reliable transportation to work at our San Jose location
