Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional demeanor to ensure a premium shopping experience.
- Assist with product selection, explaining features and benefits to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain store cleanliness and organization, including stocking shelves and displaying merchandise according to company standards.
- Process transactions accurately at the point of sale, handle returns, and provide receipts.
- Collaborate with the management team to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals.
- Stay informed about current promotions, inventory levels, and product knowledge.
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly and efficiently.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory.

- Ability to stand and move around the sales floor for extended periods.
