Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems to process sales and returns accurately.
- Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and fully stocked.
- Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge to answer customer inquiries.
- Process customer payments and handle cash register operations efficiently.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
- Strong communication skills and a positive, outgoing attitude.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Must be available to work weekends and holidays.
