Responsibilities
- Greet and Assist Customers: Welcome shoppers warmly and provide knowledgeable assistance with product inquiries and recommendations.
- Operate Point of Sale (POS): Efficiently process sales transactions, handle returns, and manage cash registers accurately.
- Stock and Display: Maintain store shelves and displays by organizing products, restocking inventory, and ensuring the sales floor is clean and inviting.
- Customer Support: Address customer concerns or complaints professionally and resolve issues to ensure a high level of satisfaction.
- Merchandising: Assist in visual merchandising initiatives to highlight key products and promotions effectively.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to achieve sales targets and support daily store operations.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED: A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
