- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately and efficiently to process sales and returns.
- Organize merchandise displays to maintain a clean, inviting, and sales-driven store environment.
- Monitor inventory levels and restock shelves as needed to prevent stockouts.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals.
- Handle customer complaints or issues professionally and escalate complex matters to management when necessary.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs regularly.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Basic computer literacy and experience with POS systems is a plus but not required.
- Strong work ethic and the ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
