Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service through product knowledge and friendly interactions
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash/card payments
- Manage inventory restocking, merchandising displays, and store cleanliness
- Meet/exceed sales targets through upselling and product recommendations
- Assist with opening/closing procedures including cash handling and security
- Collaborate with team members to maintain efficient store operations
- Report inventory discrepancies and maintenance issues promptly
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math aptitude for cash handling and inventory
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Reliable transportation to downtown SF location
