Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly upon entering the store and provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Assist customers in locating products, making recommendations, and answering questions about features and pricing.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately, processing payments, returns, and exchanges with efficiency.
- Maintain the sales floor in pristine condition, ensuring merchandise is stocked, organized, and priced correctly.
- Clean and organize the stockroom and display areas to ensure inventory is ready for sales.
- Collaborate with the management team to achieve daily sales goals and participate in store promotions.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or GED is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with diverse groups of people.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and making change.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs (10-12 kg) occasionally.
- Reliable transportation is required.
