We are currently seeking a motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our growing store in downtown San Diego. In this role, you will be the face of our brand, ensuring every customer has an exceptional shopping experience while driving sales targets.

Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers warmly, providing exceptional service to drive sales and customer loyalty.
- Assist customers in finding products, answering questions, and explaining product features and benefits.
- Process transactions accurately at the point-of-sale system (POS).
- Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and stocked with merchandise to ensure a pleasant shopping environment.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily and weekly sales goals and store targets.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently.
- Perform basic inventory counts and restock shelves as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required; we provide on-the-job training.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift.
- Basic math skills for handling cash and transactions.
- Availability to work weekends and holidays as required by business needs.
- Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs occasionally.
