Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Answer customer inquiries regarding products, services, and store policies.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment at all times.
- Assist with inventory management, restocking shelves, and organizing merchandise.
- Identify and communicate opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products.
