Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Operate amusement park rides and attractions safely according to protocols
- Maintain clean and organized facilities through routine inspections
- Assist with park events and promotional activities
- Handle cash transactions and operate point-of-sale systems accurately
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and emergency procedures
Qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years old
- Availability to work weekends, holidays, and flexible shifts
- Positive attitude and strong communication skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods in outdoor conditions
- Basic math skills for cash handling
- Team player with reliability and punctuality
- Previous customer service experience is a plus
