Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or architect role.
- Deep expertise in AI/ML frameworks, distributed systems, and cloud architecture (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Strong proficiency in Python, Rust, or Go.
- Experience with blockchain technology and Web3 protocols is highly desirable.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate ambiguity.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
