Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning: Lead the architectural vision for the 2026 product roadmap, aligning technical decisions with business objectives.
- System Design: Design scalable, high-performance microservices and distributed systems capable of handling millions of transactions.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor junior architects and engineers, conducting code reviews and architectural reviews to ensure best practices.
- Security & Compliance: Implement robust security protocols and ensure compliance with industry standards (SOC2, GDPR).
- Innovation: Research and prototype emerging technologies to drive competitive advantage.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, Java, or Go; deep understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Methodologies: Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and DevOps methodologies.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills and the ability to translate complex technical concepts to stakeholders.
