The Role:
You will act as the bridge between current operational needs and future technological capabilities. Your expertise will guide our engineering teams in adopting emerging technologies, ensuring we are not just ready for 2026, but leading the market.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end definition of the 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning technical capabilities with business objectives.
- Conduct architectural feasibility studies for emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Readiness, Edge Computing) to determine their integration potential.
- Oversee the migration of legacy systems to scalable cloud-native architectures capable of supporting next-gen workloads.
- Mentor senior engineering teams on best practices for long-term system design and maintainability.
- Identify and mitigate technical debt risks that could hinder growth targets leading into 2026.
- Collaborate with product management and C-suite executives to communicate technical visions and strategic timelines.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, systems engineering, or IT infrastructure management.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale digital transformation initiatives.
- Deep understanding of cloud ecosystems (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Experience with AI integration strategies and predictive analytics modeling.
- Strong proficiency in Python, Java, or Go, with a focus on backend scalability.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred.
