Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and create high-quality 2D character animations and motion graphics for web and video content.
- Work closely with the creative team to translate complex narratives into visual motion sequences.
- Utilize industry-standard software (Adobe After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop) to build dynamic assets.
- Refine animations to ensure smooth timing, physics, and visual appeal.
- Optimize project files for efficient rendering and delivery across multiple platforms.
- Conduct peer reviews and provide constructive feedback to junior designers.
- Maintain a consistent visual style that aligns with the company’s brand guidelines.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Animation, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4-6 years of professional experience in 2D animation or motion design.
- A strong, diverse portfolio demonstrating advanced animation skills and storytelling ability.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically After Effects and Illustrator.
- Experience with rigging, cut-out animation, or frame-by-frame techniques is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to take direction creatively.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced studio environment.
