Responsibilities
- Manage and nurture a diverse portfolio of client accounts to ensure high retention and growth rates.
- Conduct regular business reviews and strategic planning sessions with key stakeholders to align on goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Support, Product) to resolve complex client issues and improve service delivery.
- Identify new business opportunities and upsell products/services to existing clients.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and performance metrics.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts and provide regular reporting to regional leadership.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in account management, sales, or customer success.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on relationship building.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is highly preferred.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively with flexible hours.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field is a plus.
